Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via email.

2. Shipping Timelines

Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner constraints, or external factors such as weather, festivals, or public holidays.
We will notify you via email/SMS in case of significant delays.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take longer or be unavailable. In such cases, our team will contact you to explore alternative options.

4. Shipping Charges.

Standard shipping fees as applicable will be clearly mentioned during checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can use this link to track your order in real time through our courier partner’s portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable, they may contact you to schedule a convenient time.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us, and a re-delivery may incur additional charges.

While we strive to deliver on time, Knowell Enterprises Private Limited is not liable for delays caused by:

Natural calamities, pandemics, or lockdowns
Strikes, courier delays, or transport issues
Incorrect shipping addresses or customer unavailability
